If cant find that, they will just have to join the team in order to post on the team forum section. I'll look further into it.

At 8:01am on October 1, 2008, Arthur "Lex" Lowther said…: On the right hand side of the team page up at the top should be a box in that box should be an option to Edit Group. Click that. Once there scroll down You will find a section that says "Only Invited People can join this group" under that is Options of members can invite others and allow people to request an invite. unclick both and it should make your team page open to public comment. Let me know if this helps.
