Despite a few mag issues which can be fixed by not winding the damn things so much I haven't had trouble with gears, motor or anything of the sort. Tomorrow I get my drop in kit to rebuild the gearbox including a s130 spring and a 6.01 barrel. I have a custom 12v battery and I redid the wiring in the gun by myself. I plan to create a custom drum mag in the near future. Another thing I really like about the Aug is it is left-hand friendly. I am th only guy on the team who fires left handed and the Aug makes it really easy. I didn't know what I was getting when I ordered it but I can't say I would get another gun for my primary besides the aug.

The only problem I have with it is that the battery that it comes with sucks, so I would definately recommend buying a better battery with it. Other than that: great range/firepower, nice shot grouping, accurate, and the faux wood looks very real looking, if you're looking at the wood one, and looks sexy.lol So yeah go ahead and buy it.
