hey im new to this site/need some help!!

hey im new to the site and am lookin at starting a team anyone got any tips?
ive already got like 5 guys wantin to play and i play at my house ,i have 100+ acres to play on just hard to get around seein as im still in high school.wonderin if theres anyone out there in knoxville or around that area.
