Thank you both. I went to a local airsoft store before the Fort Riley game and picked up 3 cold burning smoke grenades, and they helped out a lot. Again, thanks.
Ive experienced both of them inside and out and the Tornado is the best there is on the market. As far as smoke goes all the fields that ive been to that will allow it has been cold smoke only. Available at combatdepot.com
Obviously you'll probably want to invest in re-usable grenades. Ive read some good reviews on the Tornado grenades, so they're probably your best bet for indoor/outdoor use. They look like they can take some abuse. Just make sure that if you buy one…
I have two questions to ask. What would be the best grenade to use in CQB "in buildings"? and for open areas, smoke grenades, MIIIA2, Tornado, or are there others what might work better than these?

well, this grenade isn't much cheaper but its pretty darn good! the shell is made of rubber so if you hit someone it wont hurt them and it shoots >70 bb's at the same time in a 360* pattern with at least 15 to 20 ft radius!

currently I use a P90 and a hand full of cold smoke grenades. over the past couple of months this has served me well. I first got into airsoft because I couldn't find many good paintball fields around the local area. The only problem I have with the sport is that it is based on an honor system and once in a great while you run into someone who doesn't have much integrity. That doesn't keep me from having a blast playing the game though! I enjoy playing against new people and making new frinds while learning many new things about the airsoft sport. I look forward to meeting and hopefully playing against / with you.
