- No Matt we are not all older my team mates are from 13 up and was started just for young adults.I know the rules on AO are strict but they are a great group of airsofters and good sports on the field give them a try.I to had conflicts with AO a few years ago but after I sucked it up and actually played some of the very same that flamed me it's all good and we are now freinds.Give it a try
