Fundraising

OK people for those who are having problems with money listen up, Everyone on your team come together and throw a bit of money into a pot for example

teams=$ for pot

1-5=20$
1-10-etc=10$

start an account, every 2-3 months u throw the same amount in the account and then when you get a steady job and if you can spare the money throw about 5-10% of the paycheck into the account from everyone.

Tactics

Alright people so I know every airsoft team has a certain tactic or plan
so whats your opinion?

Our tactics are Strictly military only, we use 4 man squads, and 10 man fire teams we sweep rooms using frag, flash or smoke clearing but I want to know

what kind of tactics are yours?

is it partly military?
is it mostly civi tactics and running around and screaming pointless orders?
or is it calm, collected, and well thought out?

I myself am the team sniper If you couldn't tell by my picture. I waited in that spot when it was 90 degrees outside for an hour to get 1 man, good stuff. We wear ACU when we're told to by the Army other wise we wear MARPAT (Works the best). Marines don't sponsor any sports, I already tried before the Army, I'm a Marine so trust me.
