Share 'Upgrades to my UTG M14'

Well I have a UTG M14 and I want to make it a pure snipper rifle(DMR). Wondering what are the parts I should buy. One thing I am definatly going to buy is a rail system($50/airsoft gi) so I can mount a bi-pod($30/most websites) and flashlight(Already have). I have a very limited budget about $100.
