Hopefully we do get to play other teams. I ask that DOW turn its agression up a notch. I want to make this upcoming weekend a sluaghter instead of a game. Death charges & everything.

Next weekend we have a game against PA. I have 1 issue. I don't have a weapon for those games, I'm having 1st LT. Cougar order my weapon for me but it wont be here in time for Operation: Endless Night (Which I can't attend) So I should have it that very next weekend. So If your coming next weekend try to hook me up with a weapon. Thanks.

After every game if you want your points recorded on the chart you have to post that same day so an officer can do it for you.

This is the new Officer section Of DOW. We've added Warrant Officer to our ranks. This is strictly volunteer approved by Me only. I have Insignias ready for anyone who thinks they can meet these requirements Im about to explain. Warrant Officers in DOW will handle ALL training of ALL things Combat Related. This means the need to be proficient in MOS's such as Rifleman, Grenadier, Radioman. Being the Instructors of all DOW members is the main focus of these Officers. Their Secondary duties require Public Relations, Aquiring $$$ for the team, Keeping the team in order, Internal Problem & or issues, Paper work (Waivers & such), Getting more Sponsorships(*Priority*), and helping the officers with any problems that come up.

Obviously this is alot for anyone to handle, but Im sure some of you can do it. For some of you it is a big Rank up if you choose to take this challenge, but make no mistake your reponsibilities will increase ALOT. We need the best most dedicated members to be Officers, whether that be Warrant Officers or Regular Officers, do realize however Regular Officers do out rank Warrant officers, but Warrant Officers have always been the ones with more respect b/c of the duties they perform.
