Recruiting For The Company a new airsoft team

Hello I am beginning to recruit for my new airsoft team called The Company it is a PAC [Private Airsoft Contractor]. The Company is based in Rock Springs Wyoming. I "the team organizer" have been playing airsoft for five years now so I have plenty of experience and knowledge in the sport of airsoft. I coming from being a Co-Captain of a team back in Missouri.

Any of these are acceptable uniforms "even though there is no official uniform" 3-color desert, 3-color woodland, Mulitcam, any 5.11 style tactical clothing such as khaki, olive drab, coyote tan, black, and navy blue pants and shirts long and short sleeves. NO ACU, MARPAT, or ABU's will be worn unless it absolutely can not be avoided.
