I have used these guys in the past and they are awesome to work with. If you are looking for custom gear or patches shoot them a line. They have pretty reasonable minimums for each item that you might be looking for, but these minimums can vary product to product and are usually no less than 20.

Zazzle rules! But they don't do armbands. :-(
Do you know anyone that does custom printed armbands? Because that way we can create our own symbols on them for easy ID, and reuse them from game to game.
